(1) In accordance with Sections 14 and 29 of the Act, when any animal, animal products or animal products are to be destroyed, they shall be burnt or buried at least three feet deep or destroyed according to the procedure determined by the department.
(2) In case of death of any animal during transportation, such animal shall be brought out and destroyed in accordance with sub-rule (1) so as not to spread the disease. Vehicles in which such animals are transported should also be disinfected.
